Whether walking, cycling or fishing is your thing, or entertaining the kids is a must, An Ti Glas is the perfect place to be. Perhaps you love cooking and want fresh organic vegetables, fruit and eggs on a daily basis? The ability to exercise, explore, eat well and get back to nature is second to none here.

• Walking; we are situated on the Mid Clare Way a long distance walking route. There are many other lovely walks in the immediate area and we have the maps for you!
• Cycling; country lanes and forestry tracks make the area ideal for cycling especially mountain biking. We are keen mountain bikers and know all the best places!
• Exploring; there are a number of lakes nearby, a bog at the bottom of the property, a 70 acre natural oak wood and open mountain all within strolling distance.
• For kids; apart from the above,on the property we have a big trampoline, a small soccer pitch, swings, a big pedal go-cart and a plenty of trees for climbing. Don’t forget the animals! A dog, cats and chickens on your doorstep are complemented by neighbours horses and cows! And the poly tunnels, reed bed and the bog will fascinate the young ones.
• Fishing; there is pike fishing in Rathclooney Lake and we can advise you on the nearest trout fishing.
• Birdwatching; there are a good range of birds in the locality from Hen Harriers to Cuckoos, Treecreepers to Great Crested Grebes.
• Nature walking; there is a huge range of biodiversity in the area including deer, pine martens, moths, lizards, butterflies, badgers, foxes, wild flowers and trees. We have the books!
• Babysitting available!; Discover the local music and pub scene while your kids are safely tucked up!
• Eat Organically! A wide variety of vegetables, salads, fruit are all grown here and available in season and our free range organic chickens can’t wait to give you the most fantastic breakfast you have ever had! If all else fails there is always Ennis Farmers’ Market every Friday morning
