By Road
From the main Limerick to Galway dual carriageway M18 take the exit for Scariff/Tulla R352 and head East for 2miles. After Duggans pub take the first left at the Cross of Spancihill crossroads. Then take the immediate right ( 200 yards) .
Follow this road for 1.5 miles until you come to Rathclooney Lake on your left and a T junction with a stop sign. At this junction turn left and travel for 300 yards and take the first right now travelling uphill away from the lake for half of a mile until you come to a fork in the road. Go straight on at the fork as if you are driving in to the drive of the dormer house ahead of you and at the last minute follow the road around to the right and then around a tight left hand bend. Follow this road for another half a mile up a hill and on the descent you will see the house below the road on the right.
